Really nicely finished room. A bit on the small side but that's not unusual in Japan. Very nice onsen facilities and staff were very friendly

While having the washing facilities is a great bonus for a 3 week trip, the washer/dryer wasn't even remotely able to dry our washing. Having put it in for multiple extra cycles we eventually gave up and brought it to a landromat.

The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design, very calm and thoughtfully curated. The room was comfortable, clean, and well designed, making the stay feel relaxing despite being short. Everything felt well maintained and carefully considered. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, ideal for resting after exploring Kanazawa.

The hotel does not offer a luggage forwarding service between hotels. While the staff was very kind and tried to assist by providing directions and information, we still had to take our luggage to a nearby convenience store to arrange the shipment ourselves, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when traveling with suitcases.

Comfortable bed, and the room layout and size was good.I liked the vibe and look of the interior of the hotel.The onsen was a bonus!

It's less than 20 mins on foot from all major sites.Breakfast was wonderful. The room was comfortable and all amenities seemed very thoughtful.

Breakfast was great, but it was almost the same for the 2 days we stayed there.

Loved the boutique hotel feel. Everything was so beautifully designed and spacious. Loved the amenities.

Our room was too small (medium) so we upgraded and it was so worth it.

The property was very peaceful and relaxing. Everything was very simple but clean. Conveniently located, the bus stop is just downstairs and the Omicho market is just across the street.Staff is kind and I was able to communicate in english very easily, better than in other big cities.

I like the design, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff.

I loved the room. It was so comfortable and clean. The layout of the whole hotel was beautiful. The rooms are a great size for Japanese hotels. It was such a great place to stay.

Wow, seriously I need to come back. The Onsen was SO good, and since I’m an early bird, went at 6 am, and that was just the best. You could see that the hotel was built and designed with a lot of care and attention, loved it, such high quality and standards. The breakfast was also so unique, and very tasty. What can I say, loved this hotel.

The location was wonderful (directly across the street from the fish market, and a quick walk to the geisha district), the overall vibe and touches they added were great. Loved the pajamas & cardigan they provided for the baths, along with the explanation about how to use them for us newbies. the bed itself was wonderfully comfortable, and overall I was surprised and pleased by my stay!

A bit crammed but it’s standard Japanese hotel size. Quite spacious compared to some Tokyo hotels.

Cool, design-forward boutique hotel…. Great location, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the public bath downstairs and the fun drinks and extras provided. Japanese breakfast was unique and wonderful! Would absolutely recommend snd stay again!

Everything! This hotel has a very zen atheistic, everything is beautiful and calming. The facilities and amenities are thoughtful and wonderful, especially the onsen! The hotel staff could not have been more kind. The room was comfortable and quiet. And I had the best meal ever at the hotel restaurant Sorasio!

This hotel mixes modern with traditional Japanese touches; the rooms are quite minimalist with low platform beds, but everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is Japanese-style, and they also have a nice onsen. The hotel is right across the street from the Omicho Market, and is within a 15-minute walk to all the main sites you'd want to visit in Kanazawa.

The design and size of the room means there's nowhere to sit except on the bed, which is pretty low to the ground. It wasn't an issue for me, but it might not work for everybody!
